Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

The Defendant is a person who drives a rocketing car.

On September 22, 2018, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at a section of about 90km in front of the luminous Police Station located in the Magsan-dong from the adjoining land of the Gangwon Hongcheon-gun without the driver’s license of the vehicle at around 22:20,018 to the front of the luminous Police Station.
