1. As to the real estate stated in the separate sheet to the plaintiffs:
A. The superior nature of Defendant limited partnership company is the Gwangju District Court on 1983.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On June 23, 2010, Plaintiff A had completed each registration of ownership transfer as to Plaintiff B’s 203 on August 12, 2008, and Plaintiff C had resided until now. Plaintiff B had completed each registration of ownership transfer as to 205 movement to the same title on August 22, 1994.
B. The registration of ownership transfer was completed on August 1, 1983 by the Gwangju District Court No. 31245, which was received on August 1, 1983 with respect to the F concrete shelter underground room in the Dong-gu Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-dong, Gwangju-gu, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed on January 11, 1984 by the Gwangju District Court No. 876, and the registration of change of title was completed on February 23, 2009 with respect to the building number No. 1 underground floors No. 1, building details underground building No. 277.32 square meters, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed on February 2, 2009 by the Gwangju District Court No. 16242, Feb. 2, 2009.
(hereinafter, the above underground room 277.32m2 is hereinafter referred to as the “instant building”).
The purpose of the collective building ledger for the instant building is to be entered into the shelter. D.
