A Imprisonment for six months, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of 3,000,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is an employee of the “E pharmacy” in Gangwon-gun D (no person who is a pharmacist or herb pharmacist) and Defendant B is a pharmacist, who is a pharmacy founder of the said pharmacy.

1. Defendant A

(a) No person, other than a pharmacy founder (including a pharmacist or herb pharmacist working for the relevant pharmacy) shall sell drugs;

Nevertheless, on October 10, 2016, the Defendant sold one of the “one stones”, which is an over-the-counter drugs, to an unclaimed customer who visited the above pharmacy at around 18:00 on October 10, 201.

B. The Defendant: (a) signed the name of “G”, a pharmacist working at the above pharmacy and submitted the forged G’s signature to the above F, as if the signature was duly completed, on the following grounds: (b) the date and time same as paragraph (1) of Article 1; and (c) the F, a public health clinic, who was a public health clinic in Taecheon-si, who was required to sign a pharmacy guidance check at the pharmacy at the pharmacy; and (b) the F, who was a public health clinic in Taecheon-si, who was required to have the pharmacy check at the pharmacy;

Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of exercising authority, forged another's signature without authority and exercised it.

2. Defendant B, at the same time and place as Defendant B’s paragraph (a), committed the same offense as that of Defendant A, an employee, at the same time and place as that of paragraph (1).
