Defendant
A served as the representative director of the E Agricultural Partnership (Establishment, May 27, 2010) who carries on the business related to group cultivation and joint operation of agricultural crops, such as the peldow in P from July 13, 2011 to June 29, 2014, and Defendant B served as the auditor of the said Corporation from June 22, 2014 to June 201, and is serving as the representative director of the said Corporation from July 22, 2014. Defendant C is a person who performed the audit duties in the said corporation from July 2012 to May 17, 2014; Defendant D is a representative director from July 201 to December 2012; Defendant D is a person who was working as a representative director from December 201 to December 27, 2012; Defendant F is a person who is engaged in the change of the name of the PP corporation from July 20 to December 20, 2017.
1. Defendant A, B, C, and F’s joint crimes of violation of the Act on Fraud and Subsidy Management were committed in the form of construction of a low temperature distribution system with which the National Treasury subsidies are granted (low temperature storage shop) and the contract was concluded between E and H Co., Ltd. (Representative G), and J(Representative I). The actual low temperature storage shop and new construction company will be decided by Defendant F who operates R, and Defendant F would receive subsidies from the National Treasury in a way that lower construction cost than the construction cost actually incurred.
A. On June 2013, Defendant A applied for the selection of the Jeju Food Industry Department of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province in 2013, which was implemented by the Jeju Food Industry Department, around 6, 2013, as a subsidiary project operator of the said project on July 12, 2013.
(National Treasury Subsidies: 120,000, local costs: 120,000,000 Won) The Defendants did not actually engage in the construction and cooling construction of the said low temperature storage and air conditioners at H and J, and despite the fact that the R operator Defendant F did not obtain a construction license, the Defendants were in the H and J.
