A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and by a fine not exceeding three hundred thousand won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. Intrusion upon a structure;

A. On December 22, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 13:00, at the front of the E factory operated by the victim D in Ansan-gu, Ansan-si; (b) the employees of the said factory, including the victim, invaded the factory into the said factory site through the door-to-door factory using the cresh in which the said factory was built.

B. On January 3, 2017, the Defendant’s rank around 13:20

2. Larceny;

A. The defendant's person

B. The defendant-appellant

1. At the same date, time and place as described in subsection (b), there were 12 Aluminium equivalent to the total market value of 360,000 won (Aluminium approximately 60 Kg), and the Defendant was stolen by loading it on the Defendant’s boarding.

3. Violation of the Traffic Act on roads.

A. On December 22, 2016, the Defendant’s ranked around 13:10 on December 22, 2016
