Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person operating D’s fireworks in Jeju-si, and the Victim E (V, 27 years old) is a person operating “G” fireworks in Jeju-si, and the Victim H(54 years old) is a person operating the “J” fireworks in Jeju-si.
