1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 36,060,840 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 22, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

According to Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 8 of the judgment as to the cause of the claim, the plaintiff sent food materials to the defendant's old datum from June 1, 2011 to January 18, 2017; the defendant's Seodaemun points from June 1, 2011 to January 18, 2017; the defendant's branch lecture points from December 7, 2011 to January 18, 2017; however, although the defendant supplied food materials from December 7, 2011 to January 18, 2017, the above food materials amounted to KRW 36,060,840, and the plaintiff did not receive the above food materials amount from the defendant; the plaintiff urged the defendant to pay the food materials amount paid at the time of February 17, 2017 to the defendant; the defendant received the above content certificate from that time.

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 36,060,840 won for food materials and delay damages calculated by the ratio of 15% per annum from March 22, 2017 to the day of complete payment, which is the day following the day when the original copy of the instant payment order was served by the plaintiff.

2. The conclusion is that the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
