Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 15, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for fraud at the Busan District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 23, 2015.

On November 12, 2012, the Defendant: (a) connected the Defendant’s home located in Sinnam-gun, and opened a membership (AD) with “C”, an Internet gambling site using a computer; (b) transferred KRW 2,00,000,00 from his agricultural bank account (Account Number E) to the national bank account in the name of the said gambling site; and (c) purchased cyber money points by printing them in money; and (d) returned money equivalent to the dividend amount in accordance with the results of the sports games, such as the stable, camping, farming, and distribution operated by the said site; and (b) returned money again by receiving money again in proportion to the dividend amount from the said site to June 11, 2013; and (c) returned KRW 196,05,000,000 from the said place by means of the same method as indicated in the attached list of crimes; and (d) returned KRW 75,075,726,758,708.
