Punishment of the crime

The Defendants conspired to distribute profits by making a sirenping a vehicle in the rental car company after making a false report and disposing of a vehicle by making a false report, and Defendant A is in charge of making a false report and disposal of a stolen vehicle, and Defendant B is in charge of the disposal of the vehicle, and Defendant B is in charge of taking the responsibility of receiving two vehicles by means of a false theft report.

1.
