The old land cadastre concerning each land indicated in the list (hereinafter “instant land”) was examined on December 22, 1913 by E with the address in the “Ddong”, and on July 29, 1914, the above E’s address was changed to “Fri”, and on November 15, 1921, the name (title address column) of the owner was changed to G (title address column column) and is written as it was changed to G. The above E and G’s date of birth or resident registration number, and the parcel number of each of the above addresses are not stated.
The Plaintiff (Appointed Party, hereinafter “Plaintiff”) died on March 27, 1928, as the white part of the Plaintiff (hereinafter “Plaintiff”)’s back, and the deceased on March 27, 1928, and the deceased on the network J, a spouse of the network H, and the network K and the network L, a child, succeeded to H’s mother, and the deceased on April 2, 194, and the deceased on April 2, 194 and succeeded to H’s N M.
On March 15, 1977, the network N died, and the plaintiff, who was a married father of the network N at the time, succeeded to 1/7 shares, and 6/7 shares of the designated person, South Korea, C, respectively.
The land of this case is currently unregistered.

Since "G" is indicated as the owner on the old land cadastre, its owner is obvious, and the above "G" and the plaintiff's white part cannot be deemed as the same person. Thus, the lawsuit of this case is unlawful because there is no benefit of confirmation.
Judgment
According to Article 65 of the Registration of Real Estate Act, a person who proves that he/she or his/her predecessor has been registered as an owner in the land cadastre or forest land cadastre by a certified copy of land cadastre or forest land cadastre, may apply for registration of ownership of land,
