1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

2. Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

1. Defendant A, B, and C’s co-principal roles such as raising funds; G (Suspension of indictment) served as a manager such as recruitment of “bab president”; Defendant B and Defendant C, as an employee in charge of money exchange activities; network reporters; cleaning business establishments; and H (final confirmation of eight months of imprisonment) conspired to operate the illegal game site by having the function of “bab president”.

Defendants from around 19:00 on November 4, 201 to the same month, along with G and H.

6. From 04:30 to 04, in the first 3th floor of Changwon-si, Changwon-si, a game machine of “Yamatoma and Maloro”, which was not classified, was established and provided to unspecified customers for use, and a book free will obtained as a result of the game by deducting 10% from 4,500 won.

2. Defendant A

A. The Defendant, in violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act, conspired to operate an illegal game room by: (a) having a manager’s role, such as raising funds; (b) having a manager’s role, such as inviting customers and employing “bow president”; (c) having a manager’s role, J (finalizing two years of suspended execution in October) has served as “bab president”; and (d) K (finalizing one million won of a fine) has been responsible for employees’ role.

The Defendant, along with the above G, set up 31 units for the game “for example,” which was rated by the Game Rating Board from around 18:00 to June 22:30, 201, and 41 units for the game “for example, the Defendant did not receive any rating from the Game Rating Board through the USB,” and then exchanged 4,50 won by deducting 10% of the fee from the number of books acquired by customers as a result of the game.

B. In collusion with G under paragraph (1) above, the Defendant also assisted a criminal. G is as stated in paragraphs (1) and (2) above.
