Defendant A is a multi-level marketing organization established to sell cosmetics, functional health foods, etc. from Jun. 2, 2015 to Feb. 2, 2016, from Jun. 8, 2015 to Jun. 1, 2016, the head of the Busan Jin-gu Busan Metropolitan Government Center (class fice), Defendant B (class Da D), Defendant C (class Da D D) and Defendant D (class Da D) are multi-level sales organization with the aforementioned multi-level sales organization.
