Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On November 23, 2019, at around 21:10, the Defendant assaulted D on the road in front of the Incheon Bupyeong-gu C Hospital, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon. After receiving 112 report, the Defendant was arrested a flagrant offender from F, a police officer belonging to the Incheon Bupyeong Police Station E-gu, Incheon, and sent to the site, and assaulted F with his hand at one time.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers in relation to 112 reported handling duties.
