A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 23:40 on November 4, 2019, the Defendant interfered with business, while drinking alcohol at “D” store operated by the Victim C, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim’s desire to be asked to sing in the singing room on the ground that the Defendant was refused; (b) laid the singular bottle on the floor; (c) laid the singular bottle on the floor; and (d) laid down the singular bottle on the floor; and (c) laid down the singular bottle on the floor; and (d) interfered with business affairs concerning the operation of the restaurant of the victim for about 10 minutes by force.

2. Performance of official duties, injury;

A. On November 5, 2019, the Defendant, at around 01:38, the Defendant: (a) arrested police officers belonging to the Gangwon Police Station of the Gangwon Police Station who was dispatched after receiving a report of 112 at the place specified in paragraph (1) on November 5, 2019, and transported the patrol lane, and (b) 10 times the patrol gate is walking off, and the Defendant 10 times the patrol gate was cut off, and the Defendant, at the same time, fluor E (34) belonging to the said police station, who was the victim, was laid down.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers' 112 reports and arrest of flagrant offenders.

나. F에 대한 공무집행방해, 상해 피고인은 2019. 11. 5. 02:27경 원주시 봉산로 1, 원주경찰서 유치장 1호실에 구금되자 이에 화가 나 그 곳 세면대에 연결되어 있던 호스로 자해하려고 하던 중 피해자인 위 경찰서 소속 경위 F(46세)이 이를 제지하자 ‘씹새끼야, 개새끼야, 가만 냅둬, 씨발놈아’라고 욕설을 하면서 피해자의 오른쪽 가슴 부위를 힘껏 깨물어 피해자에게 약 2주간의 치료가 필요한 우측 흉부 인교상을 가함과 동시에 경찰공무원의 현행범 체포 및 유치장 관리에 관한 정당한 직무집행을 방해하였다.

3. On November 5, 2019, the Defendant was arrested and detained in the custody room of the original police station’s cell room, where around 02:25 on November 5, 2019, the Defendant damaged public goods.
