B On May 24, 2013, the punishment of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes was imposed at the Busan District Court in one year and six months, and the above judgment was finalized on June 1, 2013. Defendant A was sentenced to three years of the suspended execution and three years of the suspended execution on June 28, 2012, and the above judgment was finalized on July 6, 2012.

Nevertheless, on November 18, 2009, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, was delivered 500 million won from the victim’s her birth in the K Building 207 of the Busan Bridge-gu.
2. Defendant A, on October 29, 2009, had the intention to receive investment money from the victim B by advertising the conclusion of a sales contract for the construction of a state-dong on October 29, 2009 and the Busan J building.
