A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Larceny;
A. On July 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed early July 2016, at the point of “E” operated by the victim D in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, around 20:00, the Defendant stolen KRW 25,000,000, which was posted to the victim’s cellular phone case, which was on the victim’s cell phone line, located on the table, where the victim was placed on the table, and was cooked by the pel Bank from the Defendant; and (b) was stolen by taking out KRW 25,000,000,000, which was posted to the victim’s cell phone line.
B. 2. From the stairs that around 15:00 in the order of June 2016, the Defendant: (a) went to the “ QPC room” located on the first floor of the commercial apartment building in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu; and (b) the market value of the lost victim in name was KRW 2,500.
