1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000;

2. Where the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

On June 4, 2014, the Defendant is a preliminary candidate and a member of the Residents' Self-Governing Council of the Do community service center in Daegu-gu, North-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu D community service center, which was conducted on June 4, 2014.

A person who intends to be a candidate or candidate shall not make a contribution to a person, institution, organization, or facility in the constituency concerned, or a person, institution, organization, or facility having relations with the electorate even if it is outside the constituency concerned.

Nevertheless, on March 10, 2014, the Defendant, on the ground that the head of the Dong E and the general secretary F of the Dong of the D community service center, who was friendly while working as a member of the ordinary residents' autonomous council member in front of the stairs of the Do community service center in Daegu-gu, Seoul, would help the Defendant prepare the documents for the preliminary candidate registration in order to do so, the Defendant 200,000 won (50,000 won, 4 pages) was able to do so for the head of Dong and Dong.

Accordingly, the defendant contributed 200,000 won to the Do community service center located in the constituency through F.
