A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 5, 2012, the Defendant purchased mobile phone devices from C, E, E, E, etc., in the same way until November 8, 2012, a sum of KRW 128,80,20 of the market price of a mobile phone terminal (E250L 32G) opened in the name of H was known that it is stolen by C, E, or D, and thereafter purchased at least KRW 500,00 from C, E, or D, even though he/she knew that it is stolen by means of C, E, or D, and from that time until November 8, 2012.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired 128 mobile phones which are stolen.

2. On December 21, 2012, the Defendant purchased mobile phone devices from I, E, J, etc., from the time of purchasing KRW 500,00 from I, etc., to December 27, 2012, the Defendant purchased KRW 31 of the mobile phone devices totaling KRW 26,952,60,00 at 15,50,00 of the market price of the mobile phone devices, which are the stolen in the name of K, with knowledge of the fact that they are stolen by I, E, and J, from the time of purchasing KRW 50,00 from I, etc., to December 27, 2012.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired 31 mobile phones which are stolen.

3. On January 28, 2013, the Defendant purchased the mobile phone terminal total amounting to KRW 500,000,000 from P, even though he/she was aware of the fact that a market price equivalent to KRW 1,089,00,00, which was opened in M’s name, is a stolen obtained by O, etc., at a coffee shop where it is difficult to know the trade name near the new interest-dong market near the new interest-dong market at Sungnam-si. Around January 28, 2013, the Defendant purchased the mobile phone total amounting to KRW 9,801,000,000, which is the stolen mobile phone, from January 29, 2013 by the same method as indicated in the list of crimes (3) by the same method, from that time, the Defendant purchased the mobile phone terminal totaling to KRW 4,500,000,00.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired 9 cell phoness which are stolen cell phones.
