A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for seven months.

Punishment of the crime

[Attachment] On August 28, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for six months by imprisonment at the Cheongju District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 5, 2014, and is still under the suspended sentence.

[2015 Highest 1787] On June 6, 2015, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol on the eight-lane road in front of the D cafeteria located in Daejeon-gu Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-gu, the Defendant: (a) took the above restaurant parking lot in order to safely return the Defendant to the site after receiving 112 report; and (b) took the bath to the F officer belonging to the Daejeon Dong-dong Police Station Emba, Daejeon-gu, Seoul-dong Police Station Emba, who takes the place of his/her house address, stating, “I am, saw, I am, I am, and I am, I am his/her left hand; and (c) assaulted his/her back son with a bad hand.”

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of 112 reports by police officers.

[2015 Highest 2281] On May 26, 2015, the Defendant, at around 20:19, took a bath and assault against H in the shopping malls adjacent to the building located in Chungcheong-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and received 112 reports, sent to the site and made a bath to the slopeJ belonging to the I district of the Dong-dong Police Station I to ask the Defendant’s personal information, and assaulted the Defendant, such as taking the face of him/her for drinking, and taking the part of his/her mouth.

The Defendant continued to duplicate K with the slope belonging to the above duplicating zone, and assaulted by plucking up, plucking, etc. by walking his left hand with his hand.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on 112 reports.
