1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B Co., Ltd. shall have KRW 90,509,795 and its scope from September 27, 2017 to September 26, 2019.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. Status 1) The Plaintiff is a party with a permanent residence of A apartment (hereinafter referred to as “instant apartment”).

(2) For the management of 49 households, Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant B”) is a project proprietor who constructed and sold the instant apartment, and the Defendant Korea Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation (hereinafter “Defendant A”) is a guarantee company that concluded a contract for the repair of defects with Defendant B on the instant apartment as follows.

B. On October 16, 2015, Defendant B guaranteed the obligation to repair defects of the instant apartment complex between Defendant B and Defendant Guarantee Corporation (hereinafter “each contract for the repair of defects of this case”) (hereinafter “each contract for the repair of defects of this case”)

A) A contract was concluded, and each written warranty order issued by the Defendant Guarantee Corporation and deposited it with the resident-employed Mayor who is the guarantee creditor. From the date of usage inspection ( October 21, 2015) of the Guarantee No. 1 D (the Guarantee No. 15,807,459 won 2 E ( October 21, 2015), two years and 39,518,647 won from the date of usage inspection (the date of October 21, 2015) 3 years and 31,614,920 won from the date of usage inspection (the date of October 21, 2015) 4 years and 23,711,188 won and the date of usage inspection (the date of usage inspection) 20 years and 15 years and 31,618,50 won and 20 days prior to the date of usage inspection (the date of usage inspection) 25 years and 20 days prior to the date of usage inspection (the foregoing date of usage inspection).

3 In around 2015, Defendant B sold the instant apartment and completed the new construction work of the instant apartment, and on October 21, 2015, Defendant B issued the instant apartment.
