A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than five months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was the head of E’s chapter F branch, and the Victim G organization was entrusted by the Korea Veterans Welfare and Health Corporation with the funeral hall entrusted by the Korea Veterans Welfare and Health Corporation. However, the E organization decided to abolish G organizations on November 2013 and was entrusted with the funeral hall, but the victim’s members, who were in possession of the funeral hall, refused to deliver the funeral hall.

Accordingly, the Defendant installed a banner with 320 members of E organizations, such as E, K, L, and M, who are members of the E-F branch guidance division, and installed a banner in front of the funeral hall, and decided to interfere with the funeral hall business, such as preventing entry of the horse.
