A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

It remains after being used for the appraisal of approximately 24.06g (No. 3) seized philophones.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person to be treated as narcotics, etc., who illegally stays in the nationality of Thailand.

1. The Defendant, who is a medicine of a psychotropic spirit (hereinafter “cathophone”), was willing to import cathophones, along with the name “C” residing in Thailand Scock, in 2018, in the early 2018.

On May 2017, the Defendant administered a philophone in a way that, at the shop, he saw approximately 0.03g of philophones into “C” at the shop, two times, along with “C”, the gases that have occurred, pass through the water through the water tank of plastics as soon as possible and inhales them as soon as possible (hereinafter “one-name fluoris”).
