Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for 8 years and by a fine of 20,000,000 won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

The Defendant conspired with his father C (the departure from China on January 4, 2012), who is a local mental medicine in China, intended to import the Mepter (one name Handphone; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) into the Republic of Korea by pretending it as an international special mail in collusion with his father C (the departure from China on January 4, 2012). The Defendant took part in the Chinese Cheongdo between September 16, 2016 and September 21, 2016.

1. On September 20, 2016, the Defendant, along with C, sealed and sealed approximately 355.94 ghonphone in a plastic bag on September 20, 2016, and concealed the addressee in the tea, and then, the Defendant’s “D” and “I” appears to be a clerical error in the F indictment 2, 10, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 300,000,000,0000,000,000,000).

Accordingly, the defendant imported approximately 355.94 grams in collusion with C.

2. On September 20, 2016, the Defendant, along with C, sealed and sealed approximately 219.9g Handphones in plastic plastic bags, sealed them in a plastic bag, and then sent an international special class postal item stating the addressee as “A” and “I in Busan MH,” and sent the delivery site to the Incheon International Airport on September 22, 2016.

Accordingly, the defendant imported approximately 219.9g of philophones in collusion with C.

3. On September 20, 2016, the Defendant, along with C, sealed and sealed approximately 439.49g Handphones in plastic bags, sealed them, and then sent an international express postal item stating the addressee as “J”, the Defendant’s name, “J”, and delivery site as “a L company located in Ulsan-gu K”, the Defendant’s management office, and had the addressee arrive at the Incheon International Airport on September 12:34, 2016, and the Defendant arrive at the Incheon International Airport on September 27, 2016.
