1. The Plaintiff:
A. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to compensate for KRW 35,00,000 and the amount shall be from February 25, 2015 to November 17, 2017.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor.
2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
3. If so, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff 35,00,000 won with 5% interest per annum from February 25, 2015 to November 17, 2017, and 15% interest per annum from the next day to the day of full payment. Thus, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff 35,00,000 won per annum. It is so decided as per Disposition.
