1. The Defendants jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 76,749,953 as well as KRW 30,990,369, out of the amount, from January 17, 2017.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor.
2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
