A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Trading or smoking in marijuana;

A. At around 19:00 on December 2, 2013, at around 19:0, the Defendant: (a) laid down 7g of marijuana, contained in vinyl 4 located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu; (b) laid down from C, approximately 3:4 days after the date, and (c) laid down KRW 5,000,00 as the price for marijuana, to C at an influent place.

Accordingly, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 7g of hemp from C in KRW 5,000.

B. On February 19, 2014, around the first half of 19:00, the Defendant: (a) laid away from C about 10g of marijuana contained in vinyl dong-gu Seoul; and (b) laid down approximately 10g of marijuana at C in the same place as the price for marijuana at around 10 days after the ten-day lapse.

Accordingly, the Defendant purchased approximately 10g of hemp from C for about 50,000 won.

C. On February 22, 2014, around 7:00, the Defendant laid off approximately 14g of marijuana, contained in vinyl paper, from C, and 7:70,000 won as the price for the hemp at the same place as C on the day after the lapse of two days thereafter.

Accordingly, the Defendant purchased approximately 14g 70,000 won for marijuana from C.

At around 20:00 on February 22, 2014, the Defendant: (a) laid off KRW 2.50,000 as the price for marijuana from D and laid down about KRW 2.57,00 as the price for marijuana in the village of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Gangseo-gu, etc.; and (b) laid down approximately 2g of marijuana, which is contained in vinyl finite, to D.

Accordingly, the defendant sold approximately 2g of hemp to D for about 250,000 won.

E. On February 24, 2014, around 20:00, the Defendant: (a) 50,000 won in the price for marijuana from D; (b) 500,000 won in the price for the marijuana; and (c) 5g in the plastic paper to D.

Accordingly, the defendant sold approximately 5g of hemp to D for about 50,000 won.

F. On March 4, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 16:00, around the Defendant’s house at Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E-building 201; (b) 0.1g of marijuana, she was unable to smoke by attaching approximately 0.1g of marijuana to marijuana tobacco as a stringer.
