Defendant

A, B, and C shall be punished by a fine of one million won, and Defendant D shall be punished by a fine of 700,000 won.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person who conducts interior decoration and interior construction business with the trade name of “F (trade name change to G around January 201)” from old and American City E.

A person who intends to engage in construction business shall register the construction business with the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, but the defendant is awarded a contract for the work to improve the indoor lecture room at H University I 424,426 from H University at KRW 15,30,00 on February 16, 201, and until February 23, 201, and the above work is performed by the defendant until February 28, 201, and the above I 521 removal of the lecture room at KRW 12,564,00 from the same university at KRW 12,564,00 on February 28, 201.

3. Defendant C is a person who conducts interior decoration business with the trade name “O” from old and American N.

A person who intends to operate a construction business shall register the construction business with the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, but the Defendant was awarded a contract with H University for construction work, such as installation of Pccass in 17,070,000 won from H University on November 24, 2010, and carried out the construction business by December 13, 200 of the same year.

4. Defendant D is a person who manufactures advertising materials, signboards, etc. with the trade name “R” from the old Si Q from the old Si of America.

A person who intends to carry on construction business shall be registered with the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.
