Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to engage in construction business shall file for registration with the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.

Nevertheless, on July 2014, the Defendant did not register the construction business, and constructed DNA convenience points in the third floor of the building Kimhae-si in the amount equivalent to KRW 35,450,000,00 in the early 200,000.

Accordingly, the Defendant carried on construction business without registering construction business.
