A shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for four months and by a fine of 300,000 won, and by a fine of 5,000,000 won, respectively.

The Defendants are the defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a C-wheeled vehicle in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents.

On October 6, 2018, the Defendant driving the said two-wheeled vehicle without a motorcycle driver's license, and driving the said two-wheeled vehicle at the parallel of 789 "office of education" as the border water in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, toward the parallel of the two-lanes from the side of the luminous intersection.

Since there is an intersection where a signal is installed, in such a case, the person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to safely drive the signal according to the direction of the signal apparatus by reducing the speed in advance and by properly examining the right and the right and the right of the signal.

B. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driving a C-wheeled Motor Vehicle without a driver’s license at the date and place stated in the said paragraph.

2. Defendant B is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On October 6, 2018, the Defendant driven the above car at around 23:20, the Defendant got to turn to the left at the right of left the intersection of the 789 “private distance of the Office of Education” at the border of the Suwon-gu, Suwon-si.

Since there is an intersection where a signal, etc. is installed, it is necessary for a person engaged in driving service to safely drive the signal in accordance with the direction of the signal apparatus by reducing the speed in advance and by properly examining the right and the right of the signal.
