Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of the city bus.

On March 14, 2014, the Defendant driven the above bus at around 12:00, and proceeded directly with the intersection in violation of the signal, even though the electric signal was changed by yellow light on the side of the sports complex, while driving a three-lane road in front of the National Bank near the hydrosigu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Seoul Metropolitan Government, toward the right side of the front side of the national bank, and driving along three-lanes from the boundary of the sports complex.

In addition, the victim E(the age of 30) driving a Mad F Mad F Ba and got the said intersection to turn left from the right side of the sperm to the right side in accordance with the new signals, the victim E(the age of 30) was her rapid operation to avoid the collision with the above bus in violation of the signal, and came beyond the floor.
