1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant is a housing redevelopment development project partnership with the approval of establishment on September 4, 2008. The Defendant’s committee for promotion of housing redevelopment project in the gold transmission area (hereinafter “promotion committee”) is an organization established for the purpose of promoting a housing redevelopment project with the total cost of KRW 80-34, 116-1, Dong-dong, Incheon Metropolitan City as the project implementation district. The Plaintiff is a corporation established on September 27, 2006 as a corporation established on September 27, 2006 for the purpose of redevelopment, reconstruction advisory services, agency services, etc., to divide the portion of urban rearrangement project management business for the separate rearrangement project management business, which is a company specialized in the rearrangement project, and completed the merger after division on January 8, 2007.

Area of a project site: An area approved by the promotion committee (29,591.64 square meters) of 97,823.60 square meters (29,591.64 square meters): Provided, That the service amount shall be the amount calculated by multiplying the total floor area for project implementation approved by the head of the observation

4. Details of the project: (1) The terms and conditions of the loan necessary for the implementation of the project until the time when the project is selected, shall be as prescribed by the Urban Improvement Act, the Enforcement Decree of the same Act, the Incheon Metropolitan City Ordinance on Urban and Residential Environment Improvement Projects, the operating rules of the promotion committee.
