Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant 1)A is the Secretary General of H Organizations, Defendant 2)B staff of H Organizations, Defendant 3)C is the Director General of the Dobong-gu Branch Office of Seoul Metropolitan Government, Defendant 4) D is the members of the Gyeonggi Branch Office, Defendant 5) the members of Incheon City Branch Office, Defendant 6)F is the members of the Gyeonggi Branch Office.

On April 23, 2015, H organization decided to hold an assembly demanding measures of the KBS's death, corrective news reporting, news reporting director general, and news reporters' personnel management in relation to the news report that H organization purchased approximately KRW 1,400 of the national land around October 2012, including the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City J in a number of KRW 3.2 billion and sold to the Incheon Street Hospital.
