1. The Defendant’s KRW 3,00,000,000 as well as 5% per annum from June 9, 2013 to May 20, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The party-related Plaintiff is a company running the steel-frame manufacturing business, etc. in Kimpo-si and 7 lots of land (hereinafter “Plaintiff factory”). The Defendant is a company running the stity pumps manufacturing business, etc. from the stity-based D ground factory (hereinafter “Defendant factory”) that runs between the Plaintiff factory and the Plaintiff’s secondary line of road.

B. (1) On May 21, 2013, the Defendant contracted to E for the construction work of the Defendant’s factory building room, appurtenant work, etc. (the 2nd floor of a factory building, the 35 million won connecting work between the 2nd floor of a commercial building, the 2nd floor of a commercial building, and the 35 million won connecting work between the 2nd floor of a commercial building and the factory building). (2) On June 9, 2013, in accordance with the said contract, E used to cover concrete over the passage connected to the 2nd floor of the Defendant factory and the 2nd floor of a commercial building with a warehouse.

3) On the right side of the place where the Defendant’s plant was used as above, a large number of 2 meters in length, 4 meters in height, and 4 meters in length in the Defendant’s plant were loaded. However, the fire that was caused by the fire that was loaded at a location less than 1m away from the work site, and the fire that was started at the Defendant’s factory was destroyed by the fire that was loaded at a point where approximately 1m away from the work site. As above, the Plaintiff’s factory was located on the second line road along the wind, and the fire that was started at the Defendant’s factory was loaded at the Plaintiff’s factory and the Plaintiff’s product, etc. (hereinafter “instant fire accident”).

(c) The Plaintiff’s fire insurance proceeds received 1) Hyundai Marine Fire Insurance Co., Ltd., the Plaintiff’s contractor and insured, the insurance subject matter is the Plaintiff’s factory’s building (a), (b), machinery (a), (b), machinery (b), machinery) and the completion of the boxes on a building (i.e., the goods/finished on a building).
