A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, and is not a person handling narcotics, and shall not handle clophophones (one philopphone; hereinafter referred to as “philopphones”).

1. Receipt of Handphones;

A. On October 17, 2016, the Defendant received delivery of philophone 0.03 ghon, which is flicked to the white paper, from the non-flick guest room located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Yeongdeungpo-gu, to the white paper from B at the non-flick room located in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.

B. On March 18, 2017, around 01:00, the Defendant received delivery of opon 0.07g, which is 0.07g of a white paper, from F, from the diaphones nearby the D terminal located in Suwon-si C.

On May 15, 2017, the Defendant received delivery of 0.14g philopon, which is 0.14g from F in front of H located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G, for a white paper, from F.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On October 17, 2016, the Defendant administered 0.03g of philophone 0.03g, which was dried from B at the non-furced guest room located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Young-gu, in a scopon to a coffee.

B. On March 18, 2017, at around 02:00, the Defendant administered 0.07g of philophones 0.07g from F insurine clickel near the D terminal located in the sphere of Suwon-si, Suwon-si.

On May 16, 2017, the Defendant administered 0.07g of philopon 0.07g, which was parked in the E-vehicle I parking lot in Ansan-si, Masan-si, Annsan-si, Annsan-si.

On May 17, 2017, at around 05:00, the Defendant administered a philopon 0.07ghon to a coffee at the guest room near the D Terminal located in the Jamburho-gu, Suwon-si C.
