Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, from June 201 to October 2012, 201, entered into a contract with the president of Corporation D with the 3rd floor of Ulsan Nam-gu C building, and around April 201, the Defendant entered into a contract with the Defendant to purchase an exclusive area of KRW 600 square meters, road of KRW 88 square meters from the Dongcheon-gun, Inc., Ltd., a part of his forests and fields, from the Dongcheon Industrial Development (at the time of Samsung Construction), for a purchase of KRW 600 square meters, and KRW 60 million, a road of KRW 88 square meters, among the forests and fields, from around June 201 to the same time. However, the Defendant, on June 2012, reversed the above contract so that Samsung Construction would not be involved in the investigation by undergoing an investigation at the police station in relation to illegal collateral loans. On December 2012, the Defendant forged private document: (a) at the foregoing D office around the nearest date on which December 2012, the Defendant: (b) stated the column in which real estate is located the location of real estate using a pen tool with which the type of the paper of the real estate sales contract for Samsung Construction Co., Ltd., Ltd. and D’s seal imprint on which the seal imprint is already affixed; (c) stated “part of the part of the land in the area E in the Gyeongbuk-gun; (d)” in the land category column; (d) “a road of 600 square meters in exclusive use area” in the column in the sales contract area column; (e) in the total sum column; (e) “Tcheoncheon-do KRW 00,000,000; and (e) the remaining payment date in the balance column; and (e) stated “17,907, and 16 C/C price in the column in the special agreement” as “3%’s resident registration number”; and “the buyer’s name” in the column.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged one copy of the real estate sales contract in the name of Samsung Construction & Stock Company D, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

On January 3, 2013, the Defendant’s uttering of the above investigation documents is the forest land set forth in paragraph (1) above against the development of the Eastcheon Industrial Co., Ltd., which is set forth in paragraph (1) at the Young-gu Seoul District Court’s Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul District Court’s Young-gu civil petition office for support for the defendant.
