A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 10, 2013, at around 10:19, the Defendant driven the automobile volume of B Sp-type without obtaining a driver’s license from around 4km to the point where it is located at the 336.8km from the sub-section of B-type Highway to the 336.8km of B-type Highway in Gwangju City.
