Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;
A. On August 17, 2016, at around 18:30, the Defendant driven a vehicle at C low-speed without obtaining a driver’s license within approximately 70 kilometers from the front 37101-dong, Do, to the front road of the mutually influent restaurant located in the front side of the Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, Gyeonggi-do.
B. From around 04:04 on August 18, 2016 to 04:30 on the same day, the Defendant driven the said low-speed car without obtaining a driver’s license on the section 24 kilometers from the front of a restaurant located in the cross-section of the Gyeonggi-gun of the Chungcheongnam-gun to the 312.4 kilometers away from the middle-speed Highway located in the Gyeonggi-do to the lower 312.4 kilometers.
2. The Defendant violating the Road Traffic Act: (a) from around 04:04 on August 18, 2016 to around 04:30 on the same day, set forth in subparagraph 1(b).
During the operation as described in paragraph (1), in the middle-to-high speed highway, the driver was driving in the middle-to-high speed road, and the driver was driving in the middle-to-high speed road in the middle-high speed zone, and the driver continued to drive in the middle-high speed road at approximately 24 kilometers in the direction of Gyeonggi-si, by changing the 1 and the 2nd lines in the direction of Gyeonggi-si and continuing to drive in the railroad.
3. Around 04:30 on August 18, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (refluence of measuring a drinking level), while driving a motor vehicle at a point of 312.4 kilometers from the 316.4 kilometers from the above Jung-do Highway, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol, such as driving a motor vehicle at the said low-speed speed along the expressway at a point of 312.4 kilometers from the above Jung-do Highway, and moving the motor vehicle at the front of 7227 E slope belonging to the expressway patrol group and the F slope, and moving the motor vehicle to the front of the 7.27 Ethro-Tol in the safe speed of the safe-time city, while he was under the influence of alcohol, due to reasonable grounds to recognize the Defendant as driving the motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol by drinking while driving the motor vehicle at a point of 304:40 on August 18, 2016 through October 1, 2055.
