A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Telecommunications Business Act;

(a) No person who has advertised a contract for the provision of telecommunications services shall solicit, arrange, mediate, or advertise a contract for the provision of telecommunications services necessary for the use of a mobile communications terminal on condition of providing or lending funds;

Under the title of “the name of the party in need of daily small-sum supply,” “F, Kax G, Baogram G,” “the name of the party in charge, cell phone recruitment, cell phone H, Kax I, and telegram I,” and “I, from the time to time, prepare a mobile communications terminal device for the use of the Internet or any other type of telecommunications equipment, “I, from time to time, provide the Internet or any other type of equipment,” and “I, from time to time, provide the Internet or any other type of equipment,” and “I, from time to time, provide the Internet or any other type of equipment.”

(b) Any person who uses telecommunications services in another person’s name on the condition of providing funds, shall open, in the name of another person, a mobile communications terminal which enters into a contract for the provision of telecommunications services on the condition of providing or lending funds, and use telecommunications services provided to the relevant mobile communications terminal.
