A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

Around December 2014, the Defendant and D (joint Defendant prior to the separation) posted a notice “Simple high-income from business operations” on the Internet website, and the Defendant and D (joint Defendant prior to the separation) heard the fact that the Defendant and D were forged resident registration certificates, while receiving documents bags sent by the president from the person “the president” (hereinafter “the president”) to the place of sending the bags to the president.
