Around January 16, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) committed a theft with four tools equal to KRW 770,00,00 in total market prices, including one charging set of KRW 400,000 in the market price owned by the victim C, one filling of the amount equivalent to KRW 170,000 in the market price, and one charging of the amount equivalent to KRW 20,000 in the market price, and two electric sets of KRW 200,000 in the market price.

Around 17:00 on January 25, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) committed a theft with approximately 15,00 won at the market price owned by the victim E in Cheongju-si, the Defendant invaded the victim E-, a petition-based Cheongju-si.
