A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On March 21, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed the theft of money or goods by the victim B; (b) around 21:30 on March 21, 2019, at the street in front of the “D” located in the Gun, Sinnam-gun; (c) opened a door of the victim B, who was not locked, and took a door of the vehicle E at the top of the said vehicle; and (d) stolen the same with a female wall on the market price of KRW 2,50,000, which was located on the top of the said vehicle.
2. On May 7, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of money or goods by the victim F; (b) around 09:00 on May 7, 2019, the Defendant: (c) opened a door of the victim FF’s Isp vehicle at around 09:0,00; and (d) stolen the Defendant with one South-North color wall of the market value of KRW 40,00,00 in cash owned by the victim, which was placed on the top of the operation of the said vehicle; (b) one copy of the credit card, four copies of the foreign registration certificate, one copy of the driver’s license, and one copy of the other color wall of KRW 40,00 in the market value.
3. On May 28, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed the theft of money and valuables at around 20:00 on May 28, 2019; (b) was a “L” parking lot located in K located in K located in Chungcheongnam-gun; (c) was opened a door of the victim J, which was not set aside; and (d) was cut by having four pactics equivalent to the total market value of KRW 50,000, total market value of the victim’s ownership in the said vehicle, at least 70,000.
4. On May 30, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed the theft of money or goods by committing the theft of the victim N around May 30, 2019: (b) around 20:0 on May 30, 2019, opened a door of the Victim N’s Q bargaining vehicle that was not locked, and cut off with one hospital ID card equivalent to KRW 20,000, total market value of KRW 3,000, and KRW 10,000.
5. On June 29, 2019, the Defendant committed the theft of money and valuables by the victim: (a) around 07:53 on June 29, 2019, at around 07:53, the Defendant came to be a vacant lot adjacent to “T” located in the Sinnam-gun, Sinnam-gun; (b) the Defendant opened a door of the victim R, UK9 vehicle, and carried 510,000 won in cash owned by the victim in the said vehicle.
