A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 25, 2018, the Defendant damaged public goods at the street in front of “C” located in Sinstitu City B, 04:06, which read “A, has been fighting, but the remainder of the people have fleded, and only one male,” upon receiving a 112 report, the police officers belonging to the D District Unit of the Sinung Police Station dispatched to the site after hearing the Defendant’s statement about the above report and soliciting the Defendant to return to the Defendant, the Defendant would turn off his hand while driving a police officer, and “a bit of a bit of a bit of a bitch,” and “a bit of a bit of a bitch,” which is a public object used in the said district 32 bit of the patrol car, thereby making it impossible to operate the bitr temporarily because the police officers assigned to the D District unit of the Sinung-gu Police Station after hearing the Defendant’s statement about the above report.

Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the patrol vehicles, which are goods used by public offices, to have their usefulness.

2. Around 04:50 on October 25, 2018, the Defendant: (a) arrested a flagrant offender on the same ground as indicated in paragraph (1); (b) moved to the zone D of the Silung Police Station in Silung-si, E at Silung-si; (c) temporarily, the police officer F, who belongs to Silung-gu Police Station D District Unit, temporarily laid down the Defendant’s lock and temporarily sought the Defendant’s signature on the “written arrest confirmation” and “physical confirmation”; (d) the Defendant refused to affix the seals; (e) the police officer spited the Defendant on the face of the police officer G belonging to the said district and spited the Defendant on the shoulder of F.

Then, the defendant expressed his intention that he want to go to toilets, and the police officers set down one can't lock one can't, and then cut one can't get back one can't get back to the floor of the toilet located in the above earth, and then the police officers are able to go to the police officers.

Accordingly, the defendant, while carrying dangerous objects, assaulted the above police officers to interfere with the legitimate execution of police officers' duties.
