Punishment of the crime

On April 15, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 20:40, the RoJC driven by the victim C (the age of 50) in the Seo-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu Campaign used to take the back seat of the taxi driver’s seat and moved to the south area located in 77-gil 25, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, while under the influence of alcohol, used the driver of a vehicle on which the victim’s right side of his/her chest was carried by hand without any justifiable reason.
