1. All of the plaintiffs' lawsuits against the defendants are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

Details of the disposition

Of the plaintiffs, the attached Nos. 1 through 403 among the plaintiffs are full-time employees working in the defendant Seoul Urban Transportation Corporation, and the attached Nos. 404 through 517 are students who were scheduled to apply for the open competitive recruitment of new employees of the defendant Seoul Urban Transportation Corporation in 2018.

The Seoul Transport Corporation is a corporation established by Seoul Special Metropolitan City pursuant to Article 49 of the Local Public Enterprises Act, which operates the construction and operation of urban railroads, and the head of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City is an administrative agency that approves the amendment of the articles of incorporation of the Seoul Transport Corporation in accordance with Article 5(2) of the Ordinance on the Establishment

The organizations of the Corporation under Article 26 (Organization and Fixed Number) shall be as shown in the attached Table 1, and the attached Table 2, and detailed matters concerning its organization and fixed number shall be determined by the regulations on the organization.
