Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 9, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to five and half years of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Central District Court on March 26, 2015, and the judgment became final and conclusive on March 26, 2015, and the Defendant was sentenced to five years of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Central District Court on November 19, 2015, and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 12, 2016.

Since there is no substantial disadvantage to the defendant's right of defense, it is recognized as criminal facts by modifying the contents of the latter part of Article 37 of the Criminal Code in accordance with the evidence ex officio.

The defendant is a person who has substantially operated the Dispute Resolution D (Representative E), the Daegu Suwon-gu F, the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd. in Seocho-gu Seoul, the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd. in Seocho-gu Seoul, the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd. in Seocho-gu Seoul, and the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

The Defendant played a general role in the selection of business sites and the management of business performance, and the above E (transfer to the branch office of the Suwon District Prosecutors' Office on March 27, 2017) shall take charge of overall management of the business upon the direction of the Defendant. However, the Defendant conspired to acquire money by selling it at a low price, as it could be possible to obtain high development gains by developing it into an urban area, such as residence and commercial area, within a short period of time, due to the extension of the city center under the “new gold Development Project” and the “Development of Military Industrial Complex” by telephoneing the large number of unspecified persons.

In collusion with E, the Defendant purchased approximately 5,393 square meters of land in the name of Kim Jong-si Co., Ltd. in around 2009 ( approximately 16,756 square meters) under the name of the above company, and divided it into several parcels, and then divided the value of the above land into a short-term increase in the value of the above land to many and unspecified persons via the telecomter. The Defendant also shows the current status of the Kim system development plan, and “an area including the above land is a planned area for the expansion of new urban development.”

It is expected that eight lanes will be opened in the area of sale, and large Marts and apartment houses such as Mart will also be included.
