Punishment of the crime

On July 25, 2019, the Defendant sentenced on July 25, 2019 to one year for the crime of destroying and damaging special objects in the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Sungsung Vocational Training Prison on May 14, 2020.

At around September 29, 2020, the Defendant damaged the 4.80,000 won of the repair cost by putting the brick, which is a dangerous object in the neighborhood ( approximately 12 cm, about 190cm in length, about 190cm in length), which is a victim C, parked in the front of Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, on the front of the 21:20th day, on the ground that the Defendant was wanting to get a job and live in the prison without having sought an occupation after being released, and wanting to be confined to the prison.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and destroyed another's property.

On August 9, 2020, the Defendant lent the “F-Public Notice Hostel in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government” corridor on August 23, 2020, the victim G (the South and the age of 47) found, opened the door, and borrowed the cell phone, but the victim used the cell phone to use it. However, the victim did not return the cell phone, and used the ebbbage of the victim.
