A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

[200 order 2697] On July 31, 2020, the Defendant set the front glass of the victim EM3 passenger cars owned by the victim D, who was parked in the same place by using bricks, which are dangerous objects, at around 15:50 on July 31, 2020, with the front glass of the victim EM3 passenger cars owned by the victim F, who continued to be parked in the same method.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the above SM3 car to use approximately KRW 413,732 for repair costs, such as full glass exchange, and damaged the franchiseer car to use approximately KRW 552,750 for repair costs, such as full glass exchange.

[20 Gohap 2728] On August 5, 2020, the Defendant: (a) placed a stone (not less than 15 cm in diameter) which is a dangerous object in the Republic of Korea on the ground that it was in front of the first floor of the “J” officetel owned by the victim I in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu; and (b) destroyed the instant officetel glass in the amount of KRW 120,000.

[2021 Highest 247] On August 31, 2020, the Defendant, without any particular reason, tried to take care of the victim M&(43 years old), the victim N(50 years old), by putting together the bricks (10cm in width, 8.5cm in length) which are dangerous things on the floor of the area, and by taking care of the victim's body as close as the victim's body is near the victim's body.

Accordingly, the defendant carried a dangerous article, and threatened victims.
