When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who was the head of Daegu Branch, Inc., the purpose of which is building construction business or civil engineering construction business, and C is the representative director of the above B.

B, through the introduction of the Defendant, around December 1, 2018, around Kimhae-si and about KRW 3.5 billion of the down payment from the F Co., Ltd. run by E in relation to the housing construction work, the said B was to receive a contract for the housing construction work, and to carry out the construction work with the bank loans from the above B.
