A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 20, 2014, the Defendant: (a) leased heading C, 104 and 105 in Young-si, Suwon-si; and (b) placed an advertisement through a website “marb” to arrange sexual traffic with the trade name “D; and (c) decided to arrange sexual traffic by soliciting female sexual traffic through an Internet site; and (d) allowing customers who reported on the Internet advertisement and such women to engage in sexual traffic.

On July 24, 2014, around 19:00, the Defendant received 65,000 won for sexual traffic from E, etc. in the circumstances where the Suwon-nam Police Station, which pretended to be a customer, and arranged sexual traffic by bringing F, which is a female sexual traffic, into the relevant sexual traffic, from around July 20, 2014, as well as arranging sexual traffic by bringing into the said sexual traffic.

7. By the end of 24.2, sexual traffic was arranged.
