A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

around 18:00 on May 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) informed each of the above D and E as 608 and 1505 of the above business establishment so that he/she may receive 65,000 won for each commercial sex acts from D and E and perform the act of similarity with F and B at the “C” business establishment operated by the Defendant in Busan Jin-gu Btel; (b) provided the above H as 608 of the above business establishment to receive 130,000 won for commercial sex acts and receive 130,000 won for each commercial sex acts from April 19, 2015 to June 19, 2015; and (c) arranged commercial sex acts by receiving the average of 260,000 won per day from around April 19, 2015 to around June 19, 2015.
